The standard breakfast options one would expect including a good cooked breakfast were okay.
The breakfast room has great views but felt rather cold.

Thank you all for an excellent stay on a business trip. We had a budget standard twin room with crockery and all facilities plus cutlery. A microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges were a plus. ...

The hotel clerks and staff. Very friendly and wanting to help.
We wanted to pay cash and not use the debit card we had used to book the hotel. This meant we had to pay a deposit of £50 for whatever reasons. It was our first night of our holiday so we had enough. Just made us a little uncomfortable and we felt we hadn't been warned this may happen, in advance. As it is, we were given a receipt and we collected the money in the morning. No one felt the need to check the room before we left which was a disappointment in an odd way as we assumed it was a deposit to make sure we didn't trash the room. Just made it seem like an uneccesary bit of red tape in the end. I would reccommend this hotel but tell others in advance about the cash side of things.

We had booked a double studio but there was a mix up so we ended up getting a family room with the same price which worked out perfect for us since even the hotel rooms have fridge, microway and plates and stuff...

Enjoyed the clean room but faced noise issues during the night.

Nice location, easy walk to main shopping centre. Free wi-fi, room small but reasonably comfortable for the price.
The kitchenette was poorly equipped, no microwave, toaster, frying pan or kitchen utensils on my arrival - I even had to ask for forks and tumblers. A few things were supplied on request, but not all, which was unacceptable for a 6 night stay.

Compact room, well appointed room with kitchenette, quiet area, plenty of parking, 10 minute brisk walk to town. I'd stay here again.
Bathroom dated, loo is difficult to sit on as its too close to the bath.

At £40 self-catering with use of gym seemed good value. Microwave, two-ring hob and fridge all OK.
In need of refurb. Main curtain hanging loose. Carpet v worn/stained. Cables trailing across floor. Shower curtain supported by wooden curtain pole - which fell just missing my head. Shower valve faulty - most water out of tap leaving dribble from shower.

It was really fitted with my budget and very near to the place/friends I visited.

It is a good place and very conveniently located; well connected to the city centre by frequent bus services. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly.
The accommodation was of teh kind of aparthotel and it is understandable that rooms were not serviced daily. But service on alternate days would have been usful.
